Three-Step Concrete Curing and Care System
Standard concrete floors are prone to abrasion, dusting and micro-cracks caused by rapid water loss. The Ultra Slab system solves these problems chemically by transforming the structure of the concrete.
By implementing the full Ultra Slab system (premium version), we achieve a drastic improvement in the physical parameters of concrete. The key indicator is abrasion resistance, which determines the life of the floor in industrial conditions.

The Ultra Slab system is an integrated approach. Each step prepares the concrete for the next, creating a tight, monolithic structure. The diagram below illustrates the application flow.
Finishing Support
App A: Immediately after laying. Forms a "shell" to protect against evaporation.
App B: Before the 1st plates. Replaces water, makes mashing easier.
Care & Pre-cure
When: After blurring smoothly, usually after about 2 hours.
2-in-1 action: Lithium silicate strengthens the top layer of concrete, and paraffin helps keep moisture inside the slab.
Why Relevant: Ultra Slab C meets the requirements of EN 1504-2, which confirms enhanced abrasion resistance and effective maintenance performance. This helps reduce the risk of micro-cracking and provides a stable start for the entire floor. Many standard formulations do not have these tests, which increases uncertainty at the crucial stage of concrete maturation.
Final Cure (Premium)
When: After 14-28 days.
Result: Lithium-potassium hybrid for maximum surface density.
Parameters and confirmed tests: Ultra Slab + has a documented increase in abrasion resistance of >64%, confirmed according to EN 1504-2. This means a real increase in the durability of the floor under heavy use. According to the Hard Blend™ document - a product that corresponds to Ultra Slab + - the silicates in the mixture react with the concrete to form a permanent, insoluble C-S-H that significantly increases mechanical resistance and reduces surface degradation.
Investing in the full Ultra Slab system costs about £4.15/m², a fraction of the cost of repairing a dusty floor. The diagram below shows the material cost structure for the Premium variant.

The Ultra Slab system doesn't just cure. It changes the way concrete matures, is finished and ages. A radar chart illustrates the system's advantages over traditionally trowelled concrete (water alone).
Remove dry dirt daily using a wide acrylic mop. Use a dedicated C² Maintenance™ product for cleaning. It is economical and not only cleans, but "feeds" the concrete with lithium, maintaining the shine.
The low cost of monthly maintenance supports the longevity and aesthetics of the floor.
