On a daily basis you will:
  • Conducted a large number of phone calls to potential customers (dozens per day),
  • identified the decision makers responsible for procurement or technology selection,
  • Gathered contact and business data needed to prepare an offer (e.g., scale of operations, scope of needs, type of facility, current solutions),
  • verified that the company fits our customer profile,
  • updated the information in the CRM system - you make a short note from each conversation, which then serves the entire team,
  • worked according to a daily plan, on a ready-made contact list - no chaos or improvisation,
  • worked with the sales team and technical advisors to pass on solid contacts,
  • participated in training and developed knowledge of our offerings - so that you better understand who you are talking to and why.

We work in a team that focuses on integrity, professionalism and real support - Both for customers and internally. Your Effectiveness in reaching the right people, orderly work and the ability to work logically - not "selling by force."

We offer:
  • Fixed salary - no pressure for results at the expense of the quality of customer relations,

  • form of contract: your choice of employment contract or B2B - whatever you are comfortable with,

  • remuneration depending on the level of competence determined at the recruitment stage

    • B2B: PLN 5,790 - 8,490 net + VAT or 

    • Employment contract: PLN 4,790 - 7,010 gross.

  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm,
  • zero overtime, zero weekends,
  • Position: Telephone customer qualification consultant (Junior / Mid) - for those learning our industry or with first experience in a similar position,

    🔹 Junior
    You start with us - you learn, how to talk to business customersHow to ask pertinent questions and recognize who in the company is making decisions. You will learn about different types of customers, communication styles, the basics of working with CRM and daily work organization. The most important thing at this stage is your attitude, willingness to act and readiness to learn.

    🔹 Mid
    You already know the realities of working with a B2B customer, You are comfortable interviewing people from different industries, you understand how the purchasing process works and who is responsible for what. You are able to quickly reach the right decision maker and gather all the necessary information. You create valuable leads that realistically support the work of the sales department. You already have your rhythm and good results.

    🔹 Senior
    You are an expert on contacts - you know, how to have conversations at different levels, from assistant to management. You are great at analyzing the company's structure, sensing customer potential and knowing how to select contacts for quality. You support the team in process optimization, mentor newcomers, and if you want - you can develop further into technical consulting, sales or team management.

Requirements:
