Your main task will be to make phone calls to customers and advise them on technologies related to the preparation, curing, waterproofing, care, cleaning, staining, grinding, polishing and restoration of concrete and decorative floors.
We do not care about the sale itself at any price - it always happens, but on a mutually beneficial basis. The most important thing is to tailor a solution that really meets the customer's needs.
Sales are a natural result of well-conducted consulting, not an end in themselves.
On a daily basis you will:
He made a large number of phone calls to customers to gather information about their needs and problems in order to better understand their situation,
Established and maintained relationships with decision-makers in middle and senior positions and business owners,
advised on the best solutions that address the needs reported or help solve specific problems,
tailored technical solutions to customers' needs,
built relationships based on trust and professionalism, which will allow for long-term cooperation,
led to purchase as a natural result of well-conducted counseling, without pressure or the use of aggressive sales techniques - the entire process is designed to provide real value to customers through a personalized approach and effective support in their efforts,
carried out daily tasks according to, prepared plan - ready list of calls,
kept notes and updated data in the CRM system from each customer call,
Worked with the team to provide the highest quality services,
Managed time and tasks independently,
Participated in training courses and developed product knowledge and technologies - both onsite and online.

Fixed salary - no pressure for results at the expense of the quality of customer relations,
form of contract: your choice of employment contract or B2B - whatever you are comfortable with,
remuneration depending on the level of competence determined at the recruitment stage
B2B: PLN 6,000 - 12,000 net + VAT or
Employment contract: PLN 4,980 - 9,950 gross.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm,
